WIN88: Aaardvark Costume & Vintage Clothing Store

WIN88 is online vintage clothing brand, Year round costume store, leg ave costumes, childrens costume, vintage clothing - Over 40 Years in operation.

In 2025 WIN88 start operating Aaardvark brand who founded in 1972 and selling primarily vintage clothing. The Hermosa Beach store was the first in a chain of “Aaardvark’s Odd Ark” stores, selling vintage clothing before vintage became mainstream. Jon & Donna worked for the original owner for 12 years before buying the store in 1984. We kept the name, but shortened it to “Aaardvark”. There were several Aaardvark’s Odd Ark stores in So. Calif., but they have since closed.

We continue to offer a fine selection of vintage clothing in the store. Sometime in the early 90’s, we expanded to carry new clothing & costumes for all party occasions, including 50’s-60’s-70’s-80’s. We strive to make our store a “one-stop shop” for whatever type of theme party you are going to. Besides clothing, we are fully stocked with a huge assortment of wigs, jewelry, accessories, hosiery, and shoes. In 2006 we moved to nearby Redondo Beach in a newer, bigger, parking friendly location
